Franchesca has over 26 years of experience in education. She has taught numerous subjects throughout her career. She was given the opportunity to become one of the found employees of TCGDC after being employed with PGCPS. She loves the family atmosphere at TCGDC and the opportunities the staff is given to grow and gain knowledge. She loves the mission and core values of The Children’s Guild and Transformation Education.

Her interests outside of work include fitness, cheerleading, and cooking.
